1. Telephone
- Your phone calls will always be politely answered in person during office hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday).
2. Quotation and Invoice
- You will be visited or receive a quote over the phone and receive a written or e-mailed quotation within THREE working days of your enquiry or we will quote you over the telephone. (This does not apply where you have had or undertake exactly the same work previously. For this work you will get a quotation over the phone).
- When the work has been completed you will be asked to sign an itemised invoice stating that you are satisfied with the standard of work performed.
3. All Services Offered
- When you receive a quotation you will be made aware of our services, i.e. Carpet, Upholstery, Rug and Curtain cleaning, Protectors, Consumer products may also be offered.
4. Completion of Clean
- Your job will be completed within 5 working days of accepting the quotation, unless you prefer otherwise.
5. Dress standards
- You will be impressed by the neat, professional and clean appearance of all our representatives.
6. Vehicles and equipment
- All our vehicles will be in good and clean condition inside and outside and all vans will be professionally sign written.
7. Inspection
- A pre-test and full inspection will be carried out on all items you would like cleaned and the results will be recorded on your quotation.
8. Follow up
- You will be left with a questionnaire to comment on the quality of the services provided.
9. Promotional items
- After completion of cleaning, you will be left some promotional literature, and you may be offered a courtesy quote.
10. Guarantee
- “If you are not completely satisfied with our service we will put it right or refund your money”.
